Located on the second floor, this fully renovated (2021) air-conditioned holiday apartment comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette opening onto the balcony through large French doors. It offers a sofa bed (not a sofa bed), television, storage, a removable dining area, and two additional sleeping spaces (80x100cm daybeds, ideal for children and young teenagers); a shower room with toilet; and a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed.
The spacious balcony is furnished with garden furniture.
