"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"We stayed in a challet for 6 people, we were only 5 there was only 1 proper bedroom, a double, a set of bunk beds through an arch at the end of the hall and a double sofa bed down stairs in the living/kitchen area.
