Hôtel parfait en tous points

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin J’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et j’en garde un excellent souvenir. Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, avec un personnel souriant, disponible et attentif à chacun. La chambre était impeccable : propre,très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. La literie est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de qualité, avec des produits frais et savoureux. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, à proximité de la plage, tout en restant au calme. En résumé : un hôtel qui allie confort, propreté et service irréprochable. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec plaisir !

Unser Zimmer (Kingbed mit eingeschränkter Meersicht) war meeega.ich glaube, ich hatte noch nie Meersicht vom WC aus ;-) Da es in der Nebensaison war, hatte weniger geöffnet, aber es gab trotzdem genügend Dinner-Möglichkeiten. Auch die Boulangerie im Ort, ein paar Gehminuten vom Hotel, ist sehr zu empfehlen.

2 nuits et 2 petits déjeuners TRÈS AGRÉABLES !

Hôtel idéalement placé dans Gruissan, dans le pittoresque site des Chalets et tout près de la plage éponyme. Accueil souriant, précis et chaleureux. Une propreté exemplaire et un tarif très attractif. Sincèrement, dans cette catégorie, difficile de faire mieux !

mauvais accueil

Accueil désagréable par la gérante à cause de nos 2 chiens (qui sont calmes et sociables) alors que l'hôtel indique animaux acceptés, puis le lendemain 2e reproche du gérant. Prix par animal : 10€ par nuit et on se fait mal recevoir.De plus, nous n'avons pas pu avoir la chambre avec terrasse qui tait réservée! Mobilier vieux, dessus de lit vieux, chambre très petite. Au départ, nous tentons de parler avec le gérant qui reste fermé et veut avoir le dernier mot sans rien vouloir entendre.
