"We really like this property. Right next to a small pond, surrounded by trees, very convenient to the freeway and to a Greenway to walk or run in the morning, across from Aldi and food options. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, room was great and on the back of the hotel and sides it overlooks trees or a pond. We did not notice any noise from the highway. Great hotel."

Went straight back to room as the housekeeper was next door. My wife stated she passed right by the room. When she asked for towels. The housekeeper refused. Totally ignored us & got on her phone to call someone. Had to go right back down the elevator to the front desk. Supervisor went back up with me. Instructed her to leave towels for us & pick up the trash. The interaction with this particular housekeeper made our stay very unpleasant."
