"Dated decor, bathroom was not clean and the room furniture was very worn. I chose this location for the water features. They were decent. The food in the market was not tasty. I was disappointed overall "

"I had a great time at the resort! There was so much to do! From swimming to movies to the arcade! I didn’t get a chance to make it to the entertainment nights but there was something to do everyday! We definitely enjoyed the resort and will return! There were a few cons, no hot water only in the kitchen but we made do with it. The American restaurant was so expensive! They charged $2 for any additional topping for a cheeseburger which came plain! But overall a great place to stay!!"

"Look, I’m not knocking the place, just sharing my experience. Take it for what it’s worth. After researching options for a 15-year-old spring break, I chose Westgate Villas Resort in Kissimmee. It’s a large, clean, very family-oriented property. Where it falls short is food and flexibility. There are four options. El Amigo is standard Mexican. The arcade spot is typical fried food. The water park burger spot is actually solid, but it closes whenever the weather shuts down the park, which happened daily. The one place with real upside, Sid’s sports bar, is closed Monday and Tuesday, which meant missing the college basketball championship. Oh…there is no place that services actual breakfast. There is a hotel coffee shop with long lines where you can grab Starbucks type drinks and bagels and lemon loafs but there’s no brick and mortar breakfast place. I still can’t get my head around that. When the weather turns, your options shrink fast. You’re left with just Mexican, ice cream, and the arcade. That’s the gap. Net, glad we came and made the most of it, but I wouldn’t return. If weather impacts your trip, there isn’t enough to do. We’ll look for more dynamic options next time."

"The breakfast bar area needs to be revamped. The lines would get extremely long and frustrating. The line blocked access to coffee, milk, and butter. We were checked in by Blanca, who was friendly and helpful. Our room was scheduled to be cleaned on Friday, Sunday and Tuesday. Friday the room was cleaned and beds made, but not on Sunday. We had to call for towels & toilet paper. I called Sunday night to inquire. Brian asked if we placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign on door. I informed him that our room did not have one. Monday morning I called to request room be cleaned. When we arrived that evening, a Do Not Disturb sign was placed on our door. This had to have been done by cleaning staff as we did not have one. Again, our room was not cleaned. I again spoke to Brian & he advised that someone would be up to clean. I was doubtful, but to my surprise Milagros arrived to clean. I explained that someone placed a Do Not Disturb on our door & that our room had not been cleaned since Friday. Milagros was apologetic. She quickly & efficiently cleaned & changed bedding. She was very friendly & advised that this was not their standard & our room should been cleaned as requested. Apparently our room was not the only one not cleaned by morning staff. At checkout, I informed Blanca of the issues. She apologized and made things right by comping 1 night. Thanks Blanca, Milagros, & Brian. Y'all are awesome & should be commended for your professionalism and for going above & beyond."
