"Check in was smooth since Hotels.com had already designated the room - I was able to get the keys early. Nightstand lamp did not work - nor did the outlets on the lamp - we told the desk about it. Bathtub dangerously slippery because they put the shampoo and body wash containers opposite the faucet ..."
