Location Maison Porticcio 4 Personnes

This property is particularly well-suited for people who want to enjoy the beach and the sea, and/or who want to explore Corsica from a pleasant base, in an exceptional green setting right on the water.

The property is 500 metres (a 5-minute walk along Boulevard Bozzi) from the town centre (shops, restaurants, car and boat rentals, various recreational activities, post office, banks, doctors... ), yet it is set apart in a residential area.
Everything can be done on foot from the property: shopping, activities for young people, etc.

The property is located right on the water’s edge, above a very pretty cove, with a secluded sandy beach that is rarely visited due to difficult public access. A private staircase provides direct access to the beach (see property layout). The beach, which slopes gently into the water (ideal for small children), includes a section covered with dry, odorless seaweed.
A terrace overlooking the beach offers a magnificent view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and features a teak table with a parasol, chairs, and lounge chairs set amid greenery and next to a flower-filled patio.
A 2.5-meter rowing boat (max. 3 people) is perfect for exploring and fishing along the coast… which is absolutely beautiful!
The beautiful underwater scenery off the beach is perfect for snorkelling.

The property, which is fully enclosed, is spacious (2,000 m²) and offers plenty of privacy for everyone.
It features a lush, flower-filled garden with trees over half a century old, including a variety of species, some of which are rare.
A paradise for children and nature lovers, less than an hour from the mountains with their hiking trails and streams perfect for swimming.
