This spacious villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and features two bedrooms with double beds, a bright living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The bathroom includes a bathtub, while the toilet is separate. The villa is air-conditioned and has a washing machine for added convenience. Outside, the private garden, pétanque court, and two terraces allow you to fully enjoy the sun and the sunsets over Porticcio.

Check-in is simple and flexible, available between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM, with check-out before 10:00 AM (flexibility depending on the reservation). Parking is easy, with a lot located just above the villa, directly accessible.
