The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. The location is very central and close to the train and good restaurants. The buffet breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was nice and spacious. We very much enjoyed our stay.

A great little gem of a hotel, with extraordinary friendly staff, great amenities and in the middle of Saas-Fee. Gym is well equipped, albeit missing a rowing machine. Spa facilities are also amazing!

Amazing staff. Host Beata was incredibly warm and welcoming, she gave us tips for hiking and made sure our stay was perfect! The hotel was close to all lifts and hiking trails. It was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We loved this hotel!
