"The grounds are phenomenal. The views from our room were magical as was the entire property. It is an experience as much as a stay. You are surrounded by beauty and history. The pride of ownership and love of their estate shines through. It is like you are given the keys to your own castle! "The room was spacious, which is nice as we are a family of 5. The room met our needs and even had a table to sit at and eat/have a coffee. The only downside was the fact that it didn’t have A/C. Other than that it was great. The staff were very nice and helpful. "

"We didn’t stay at Le Cheval Blanc as it was closed for holidays, Hotels.com advised of a nearby chambres d’hôtes and we stayed there ‘Au clos de Charny’ which was lovely, our only problem was our room was up two flights of steep stairs. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed, a very nice shower room with a good shower. The breakfast was superb, a great choice of cheeses and charcuterie, breads, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. The host is a lovely lady too."
