"Great staff and the rooms really are great. It's a convenient walk to Zona Romantica, the Malecon and the Coexist Bistro makes some really good food, although I only had breakfast there once. I stayed there in April 2023 and came back in April 2024 because I liked it so much. "
"Great stay over all! Friendly staff, hotel and restaurant. Clean, comfortable bed, great a/c, really nice rooftop pool and excellent happy hour, drinks and food. Only reason for less than excellent reviews were really hard pillows, no soap the first night, really worn towels and the toilet flusher was wonky - you had to alternate low flow and high flow every time. Great location - we will definitely stay there again!"

"Beautiful resort. Very spacious rooms with an awesome view of the sunsets, beach, boats and pool. Everything we ate we loved. My husband especially loved the taco bar. The staff were great. The drinks were fantastically delicious. There were lots of choices for excursions which were reasonably priced. Fun activities each day. Entertainment each night. We had an amazing vacation here. We truly recommend this resort."

"Insane attention to detail in terms of cleanliness & service. Mostly americans & canadian visitors, service-facing staff all speak english well. absolutely amazing vistas, very impressive lobby. you will destress immediately upon entering. you will want for nothing here.
avoid the people selling you trinkets on the beach, but do NOT skip the on-beach massage it is insane value.
10/10 will be returning as many times as i'm able."
