About this property

Villa by the beach and with panoramic view on St Tropez

  • The villa is a lovely provencal 130 m2 3 bedroom house with a breathtaking view over the golfe of St Tropez. It is surrounded by a 2000 m2 garden which back door provides a direct access to the beach : just cross the street and you are on the family beach "Les Cigales", well known for its white sand and little lighthouse.
    A beautiful pool (4X10 meters!) is under construction beginning of 2020.
    The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and can accomodate up to 7 persons, 6 in bedrooms and 2 on a the sofa bed in the living room.
    The villa's unique feature is its 40 m2 terrasse with one of the best panoramic views over the bay of St Tropez in the area. You will spend fabulous time having your breakfasts, lunches and dinners on this terrasse and enjoy the scenery in the middle of a diverse mediterranean vegetation.
