A truly amazing location boasting exclusivity right in the heart of the Cote d’Azur and only 1h20 mins from the main airport at Nice.
The Penthouse appt 402 is a stunning, sophisticated and contemporary apartment in Grimaud village. The apartment is the perfect choice for the discerning few who want to experience and live the lifestyle the cote d’azur is famous for.
The duplex penthouse boasts a floor plan of 120 sq metres (1200 square feet) giving ample space to truly enjoy and relax, with stunning views and air conditioning through out.
There is lift access directly from the garage area or the entrance hall.
There is an underground private garage for a small car. Parking directly outside the apartment is limited however there are further spaces available within a short walk.
The lounge / dining open plan area is 40 sq meters (400 square feet) with 5 metre high ceilings opening up onto a further 25 sq meters (250 square feet) balcony terrace giving you the perfect spot to sit and relax. You can enjoy your evening meal looking across the vineyards and valley with views all the way to the beautiful village of Gassin on the hill.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with terrace’s. One is en-suite bathroom, the other having a shower room across the hall.
There is a double bedroom on the mezzanine level with a brand new bathroom en-suite which has ambient lighting offering the ultimate relaxing experience.
There is also a guest toilet and sink with large mirror.
All bedroom linens, bathroom towels and separate towels for the pool area are included.
There is a fully equipped brand new kitchen with everything you will need to entertain and cater for your family and friends including a dishwasher, coffee machines, microwave and a plethora of utensils and equipment.

The apartment is situated just below Grimaud’s old castle that has guarded the village for hundreds of years. You are within a few minutes’ walk to the heart of the village where you will find several restaurants, a butchers, boulangerie, patisserie and wine bar.
A five-minute drive will take you to the stunning Port Grimaud, sometimes referred to as France’s Venice. With plenty of parking Port Grimaud will entice you with a plethora of restaurants, beaches, local shops and bars. You can even enjoy your meal while the locals play boule in the square in front of you!
A 15 min drive will find you in the famous St Tropez Harbor mingling with the rich and famous! Through the beautiful cobbled streets, you will find exclusive boutiques including Louis Vuitton and Gucci, world famous restaurants and beautiful café’s. Perfect to watch the world go by or see the multi million pound yachts moored in the harbor. Adjacent to St.Tropez harbor and within easy walking distance are the stunning white beaches of St Tropez and Pampelone where you can find the infamous Niki Beach, Stefano’s and the celebrity hang out Club 55.
