"Pros: The view Cons: Communication beforehand"

"Beautiful pool! The apartment had a weird layout where you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. The check-in folks were not very helpful. We requested 5 additional minutes to check out and were told we couldn’t have them, but 30 minutes later they still hadn’t started cleaning the room. While the location is close to town, it is a steep walk up a hill to get to town so not ideally walking distance. "

"The hotel is a great base for visiting Florence, in a slightly quieter neighbourhood but still plenty of food and drink options nearby and all the big attractions are a walkable distance away. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Great place & beautiful location. Only issue is the two bedrooms are right next to each other upstairs and you can easily hear all conversation in the other room. This is very good location if you want to be near Florence but be out of the city and enjoy the area."
