The gorgeous pool overlooks the vineyards, offering a peaceful, picture-perfect place to relax. Strolling the lavender-lined paths, surrounded by vibrant flowers, felt like being in a fairytale. The breakfast on the panoramic patio each morning was a highlight—delicious, fresh, and paired with views that never get old. And of course, the Cabreo wine is sublime—we enjoyed every glass! The location is ideal—close to charming restaurants, lovely shops, and warm, welcoming locals. The taxi service was prompt and helpful, making it easy to explore nearby villages and return to the quiet luxury of the resort. We left already planning our return. Borgo del Cabreo isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience you’ll never forget."

"This is truly a unique and special property providing incredible value . One of the most beautiful views in a spectacular setting hidden away in the Tuscan hills above Panzano. A perfect location for day trips to vinyards, restaurants and the Chianti area. Our apartment was extremely well appointed and beautifully decorated. Spacious and varied outdoor sitting areas and patios with a very nice pool area. Our hostess Babette was extremely accomodating and informative which added to our overall enjoyment during our stay. Truly a 5 star property and one of the best we have ever stayed at anywhere."

"The kitchen was well equipped, had a big stove, 3 sinks, plenty of dishes, a separate coffee area with another huge sink. The castle gave each couple plenty of room for privacy and yet had space to gather, talk, play games....it is very spacious. It was hard to pick where to meet up because everywhere was so nice. As a family of 18 the big dining room worked perfectly for us. I loved setting the long table, cooking dinner and looking down the table with the family all so happy. The pool was wonderful although it was not real close it was fun. It was hard to leave the castle! "

"This place was awesome. I travel a lot and this place was just a hidden gem. I am scared to give give it five stars because everyone will start discovering and I want to book for next fall or spring. The breakfast was excellent. Only 8 rooms. Overlooks Florence. The hosts were so nice. The host recommend a restaurant for in a small Villiage the first night. The steak Florentino in the village blew the steak in Florence away. We went for a quick weekend trip to watch MotoGP race. After staying here I will come back to just spend a relaxing week there in solitude. It was EXCELLENT. But please don’t book it when I want to go back. "
