🏢 This beautiful 37m² apartment located on the 4th and last floor without elevator consists of:
- a living room,
- of a fully equipped open kitchen,
- a double bedroom,
- a balcony,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.

🛌 The apartment has 2 sleeping spaces: a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

⭐ Travel in comfort with the facilities present in the apartment, such as a TV, free wifi, kitchen facilities (including Dolce Gusto coffee maker, capsules not provided, etc...), washing machine, fan, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platfoms.

📍 The neighborhood is very nice, both quiet and well connected. The apartment is both close to the train station and the city center, both served by the Tramway. Many shops and restaurants nearby.
Finally, if you are an early riser, the daily market of the estacade will provide you with fresh vegetables and fruits.
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot, or by bike.

🚌 Getting around:
To make it easier for you to get to your business, university or family, a Tram E (Condorcet) stop is at the foot of the building, to access either the train station or the city center.

🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding parking lots.

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linen, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed and bathroom linens will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is a solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
