Bel appartement très propre fonctionnel et bien située en ville il y a tout ce qu'il faut aux alentours supermarché transports en commun restau pour être bien , j'ai passée un agréable séjour l'équipe Majordome Grenoble et très reactive et reste à votre disposition si besoin merci pour tout 🤙🏻☺️ Sha

A cute apartment
This was a perfect apartment for our Grenoble stay. The kitchen and bathroom worked wonderfully and we were also provided fans to help with the end-of-summer heat. It's within walking distance of the train station, the farmers market, and a grocery store.

HORRIFIED! DO NOT STAY HERE! SCAMMED!
I cannot begin to even express the disgust I have for VRBO on their handling of assisting me when we got into this apartment.
When we arrived, the apartment had dishes with burnt on food, a very nasty greasy and dirty stove top, trash in the bathroom, and a soiled mattress and mattress cover with fecal matter. I was told I had to talk to the local agency to try to get my money back. The local agency, Majordame Prive, was EXTREMELY unhelpful. I tried to call and they said "email me, I can't understand you" They were not willing to bring me clean linens until the next morning. I was travelling with my daughter and did not want to get Hepatitis! When I was told this, I immediately asked for a refund, that's when they wanted to come right then to bring a new cover. The problem with that was the rest of the nasty stuff in the apartment. We went to another hotel, then I got an email from Matthieu saying he had come by and we were already gone; I never received an email telling me that he was on his way. Many emails later, I gave up arguing with them. The French do not like to admit they did anything wrong. Not only did Majordame Prive CHANGE my reservation, I never received any money back and I am sure they rebooked. SCAMMED! Photos will be uploaded to google!

Tres déçu par rapport aux autres appartement sur Airbnb !
Vaisselle complètement sale, femme de ménage qui arrive bien avant l’heure de départ.
Produit de base dans la douche de mauvaise qualité.
Poignet qui te reste dans la main quand tu ferme la porte.

La propreté, le service et l’agencement spacieux de l’appartement a largement contribué à ce que nous puissions passer un séjour des plus agréables. Nous nous sommes sentie encadré et chez nous.
