"Everything was enjoyable, love the owner sweetest human every. Very peaceful, private area. Room was very clean, just a little extra dusting needed, that was probably do to the heavy winds. Other than that great stay great resort, they breakfast was amazing, feel the love it was made. Will definitely stay again "

"Took over one hour 30 min to check in. Food was terrible. Room service had very limited options, took long and sometimes forgot to deliver order. Chicken at the lunch buffet was served with feathers on it. Staff appeared to be nonchalant about issues raised. They offered a romantic dinner to passify but no one came to take us to the dinner dispite calling and front desk and informing that we were dressed and ready. Total disaster. Quite a disappointing experience for a brand that claims to be luxurious. "
