"Prior to arrival there was an email sent by guest services that asked for specifics of the trip, on arrival nothing requested was received. Wrong room type. Female staff was not the most helpful and had odd attitudes. Room service was horrible - orders were always wrong and took longer over an hour. The food options were limited at nibbles bar. Reservations needed to be made 2 days prior for some of the restaurants on property and they were not open every night. Very inconvenient for an all inclusive. There was no compensation or attempt to assist from staff to resolve room issues or restaurant problems."

"The place was well kept. They need to improve on the service delivery of food. Sometimes you order very simple dishes like a salad or fish and fries and it will take about an hour to reach the table."

"Functional and quiet accommodation very convenient for the airport which had all we needed for a reasonable price (for Grenada). Has own pool and is also very close to Grooms and Portici beaches. Spacious bathroom. Would be good to have a desk/table and chair in the bedroom."

"The property is breathtaking, especially the long pool. Very photogenic day and evening. The breakfast that was included was spectacular. Our room was spectacular including a large balcony to have morning coffee and watch spectacular sunset. Very very very highly recommended."

"Had a lovely stay at petite anse. The food is 10/10 and the drinks are 10/10. Only suggestion would be an extra bartender in the evenings as wait times for drinks can be long at times. Otherwise this place is very peaceful and relaxed. Loved the vibe there. Definitely not for you if you like a place with a lot of onsite activities, but it was just what we were looking for. It is a decent drive from the airport but totally worth it."

"Wonderful family-owned boutique resort with incredible friendly staff who clearly love working there. It was about 50 times better than pictured, so we were very pleasantly surprised. We only stayed one night, so less than 24 hours, which meant we didn't get to do any water sports, but our 8-year-old absolutely loved swimming in all 4 pools, swinging on the swings at the little bar, and collecting shells on the little beach. Great, family-friendly resort. We will definitely recommend it to everyone we know!"
