"When checking in no one was at desk we had to call a number then check ourselves in. The bed was not comfortable even though a mattress topper was over mattress. Horrible odor in room.

"How does such a terrible motel exist in such a popular and expensive tourist town? These rooms have not been updated in at least 20 years. The room smelled like a locker room and the air conditioner smelled like a mouse had died inside. The room, walls, floors, baseboards, light switches, etc were filthy. There was a cigarette burn in the bathtub. I think they were selling drugs from the room next door. Lee cops were there at least 3 times during our 3 day visit. Pool not open. Ice machine and laundry not working. Way over priced for the awful accommodations. "
