Kindly note that ethical business practices are at the core of our culture and we are committed to caring for our people, our communities and the planet. We believe this is essential to a running a thriving business and our responsibility as a global citizen. We care for the people working in our hotel, we contribute to the local community we live in and we think about our planet too. In line with our "Green Key" certification, we proudly hold, we maintain sustainable business practices including our effort to reduce our energy waste. Moreover we do not advertise that bungalows have private outdoors spaces. Our private beach is very clean and serene. Our sunbeds are more than 200 around the pool, the lawn area, on certain bungalows and our private beach, plus our private gazebos for exclusive booking (there is always one available). Our breakfast rooms is open from 7:00 until 10:30. After that time we are happy to offer room service, all day dining and a la carte lunch. If you felt that our check-in staff was not according to your standards we sincerely apologize. We take all reviews very seriously. We do not appreciate anonymous review which contain more inaccuracies than facts. We do appreciate constructive criticism which unfortunately was not present in your comments. We always aim to provide a superior service for all our guests and we are sorry that you have left the hotel thinking otherwise.
