The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect to explore the Old Town on foot. Nice breakfast and spacious room with lots of amenities. I would stay here again.

What a great stay till yesterday. Did a big group with Tripadeal. Love the rooftop bar. Walk to laundromat $3 Bah mee on second corner cart a must. Just so central to everything. Even provide umbrellas when it rains. And the guy opens the door. Breaky was fine. What a great town to be in so close

Better places to stay

We paid for upgrade and we're not told that they were installing a staircase right next to our room, banging and noise constantly we complained several times a day only to be told finish today, it didn't and we had to put up with it for 4 days did not offer refund for upgrade or change room, also the beds are like bricks very hard and uncomfortable, really not a great location far from old quarters and decent restaurants, also no pool won't be staying her again better place for the money we spent

観光メインの方には快適！ビジネスには少し向いていません。

こちらのホテルの立地は問題なく、とても便利な場所にあります。しかし最上階の(実質れすとらが最上階ですのでその下。客室では最上階)滞在中、エアコンの故障がありとても暑くて冷たいシャワーをあえて浴びました。 カーテンがなく良く言えばとても日当たりはよいものの外の光が入って昼寝はできません。 スタッフはとても協力的、朝食も満足です。ホテルが古いのでそのコンディションだけが問題点だと思います。

The property is quite central serviced by a mixture of nice restaurants to street vendors, be sure to try the smaller food places. Service within the hotel is really good with English speaking receptionists. Breakfast is varied and good quality.

フロントは英語通じます。日本語は通じません(笑) 部屋は清潔で快適です。ウェルカムフルーツはお皿一杯でうれしくいただきました。 バスとトイレはやや古くて経年感じさせます。早くウォシュレットにして欲しいです。 レストランは14階と3階にありますが、土曜日のいい時間でも私ひとりで落ち着きませんでした。ちなみに朝食も8時でひとりでしたが、美味しかったです。

NHKプレミアムが入るなど、日本人の滞在に便利なホテルです。 食事場所の眺望、内容、及びそのスタッフはとても良かったです。 フロントの皆さんもほとんど対応は良かったのですが、それだけにチェックアウトのミニバー会計時におつりをごまかされたのがとても悲しかったです。

Very nice hotel even if the pictures are not true

Excellent service from staff and the hotel was clean and tidy. The pictures of the hotel show that it is standing alone but this is not true, it has been built out and is surrounded by buildings and shops. It was very close to the old quarter (only a minute walk to the outskirts) and the Hoan Kiem Lake (three to five minute walk). The food was excellent and the staff extremely helpful. Although the top floor was under construction and being renovated at the time of our stay, the staff coped well with the situation. The room was extremely quiet which was excellent. Breakfast was excellent, the food outstanding with a variety of choices.
