"If your bored of hotel rooms, give this comfortable one-bed, self-catering appartment a try. All the ameanities you could want - Netflix, wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, and a fully equipped little kitchen. They even leave a lovely little goody basket with milk, orange juice, crisps, breakfast cerial, etc. Local area has lots of food outlets, bars, supermarkets too."
"Second time we have stayed here.
Ate in the evening and had breakfast. The staff were very good and friendly and the food was excellent.
We actually stayed in the same room on both occasions, was like going down memory lane.
Would definitely stay again, if in the area. "
"Lovely little hotel, nestled in the heart of Manchester. Staff could not do enough to help, nothing was too much. It was a really pleasant stay, me and the wife will certainly stop here again next time we're in Manchester."
"All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Rooms came with treats and the breakfast was amazing 😋
Would highly recommend anyone in the area stays here, definitely a gem of a place "

The Boat & Horses Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Service from reception through to the adjoining pub/restaurant was excellent.
Restaurant food was very good both selection/quality & price.
Breakfast buffet was very good wide choice of bakery, cereals and cooked. Only minor criticism was limited fruit option for the health conscious."
"Spa made it very worthwhile. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Receptionist was a delight and so was the lady at breakfast. Breakfast had excellent selection of options"
"Lovely little hotel based on a farm, in a very quiet area.
The room itself looked like a older more traditional style room with a lot of wood based furniture, the shower room was more modern and honestly puts some mainstream hotels to shame, excellent shower and the water pressure was amazing.
The walls were relatively soundproof, you can faintly hear someone watching tv in the other room if you really concentrated, so all good there.
The only downside in the shower room was there was no room to put my shower bag anywhere, not a dealbreaker.
Overall, fantastic hotel would highly recommend if the area suits, the path to the hotel is narrow though so very wide vehicles may struggle to get through."
"Great hotel, really friendly staff, good value and tasty food and decent clean room, plenty of hot water for showers.
Good parking. Room perhaps slightly tired but definitely worth the money."
