"issues i had - they forgot to bring my bag up, i found it and was ready to change so i went and got it also i had a leak in the bathroom sink and they were coming to fix it when i called but i said i have 2 sinks its ok they can come in the morning when i am out of the room. "

Our butler, Fernando, went above and beyond with a warm, professional, and welcoming approach, even helping us book excursions off-property. I traveled with two teenagers who loved every minute. We felt completely safe, and there were always fun activities to enjoy. I would highly recommend the Majestic to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation!"
