"Our particular stay was overall good. We traveled with a group of 7 (3 seperate rooms) for my husband's 50th birthday and our room was the 2 bedroom family room. PERFECT choice for 4, including adult children. 2 bedroom set up with 2 bathrooms. AC worked perfectly in our room, even on the hottest days. However, only had 2 working outlets in each room (1 plug in, 2 USB). Outlets in either bathroom didn't work. Staff was overall friendly. Check-in and out was simple. Food on the resort was mediocre, but the Jerk Chicken shack is where it's at! Lots of drink options available, but are on the weaker side. Always asked for extra shots to be added. This was our 2nd time at this resort. The resort was well maintained but everything is so spread out. Depending on where your room is, may have to cross entire resort to get to food or the beach. Personally, we were pleased with our specific stay and for the cost it is a decent option if wanting on the lower pricing."

"Everything was amazing. I celebrated my 38th birthday here. This was my 3rd time in Jamaica and I enjoyed myself. Only downfall I had was when I went to the Chinese restaurant the lady Ms Patrice told me I couldn’t get in because of my outfit. Which I was not showing anything. ( I had to change my clothes) Other than that, I had a great stay. Thank you RIU MONTEGO BAY!"
