"We really enjoyed the Falls view! It was spectacular!! Everyone was very helpful too. What wasn’t exactly clear was how parking was charged. And why? Most hotels give free on site parking. We really loved the pool area but would have like a pool that had at least one end a little bit deeper. We did appreciate the coffee in the rooms! Would prefer brewed by the pot instead of kcups."

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were approachable and very helpful. Great location in downtown Toronto. Complimentary breakfast wasn't bad, there's also a lot of restaurants nearby to get breakfast elsewhere. Would stay here again."
