"The room had chipping paint on the walls, there was a desk with chipped wood, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off… wasn’t the nicest looking space. When we checked in around 6pm, there was linen thrown in piles against the walls in the hallway along with garbage bags. The bed was clean which was most important to us. The staff was very friendly. They also accommodated a late checkout by 1 hr which we appreciated. Overall, I don’t think I’d return to this location. "

"My seven-day stay at this location was highly satisfactory, primarily due to its convenient proximity to the highway, as well as a variety of dining establishments and retail outlets. The accommodations were consistently clean and well-maintained. I would have extended my stay; however, the pricing increased due to the World Cup."

" We have stayed here in the past and never had any issues; however, this time we were very disappointed with our experience. During our stay, our room was never refreshed or cleaned. We personally asked the front desk twice to have our room cleaned, but no one ever came. At checkout, we voiced our concerns and were told that the manager would call us back, but we are still waiting for that call. As Bonvoy members, we are extremely disappointed with the level of service we received. In addition, we had to repeatedly ask for clean towels, and my husband even found bugs in the room. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will no longer be staying here when we visit Staten Island."
