I was given an upgrade, which was very comfortable, but unfortunately it was right on the road and could be quite noisy. The bathroom was a little dated, but still functional. Overall, a characterful stay with great facilities—I’d happily return."

The owner sleeps in the living room, and it should be clearly stated that he stays in the same house. The house is small, and if you book it for a family of six, it feels cramped. Honestly, I felt uncomfortable knowing the owner was sleeping in the living room. I thought I had booked the entire house, but that wasn’t the case."
