"The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s an old building so has its quirks. There was some road noise but that’s to be expected with its location. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. "

"Plenty of secure parking available, which was really convenient. I’ve eaten here before and the food is always amazing, though I didn’t dine in this time. My room was lovely and had a quaint charm, with what felt like centuries of history built into it. I was given an upgrade, which was very comfortable, but unfortunately it was right on the road and could be quite noisy. The bathroom was a little dated, but still functional. Overall, a characterful stay with great facilities—I’d happily return."

"The place wasn’t bad, but there’s a mistake in the description of the house — it’s actually a B&B. The owner sleeps in the living room, and it should be clearly stated that he stays in the same house. The house is small, and if you book it for a family of six, it feels cramped. Honestly, I felt uncomfortable knowing the owner was sleeping in the living room. I thought I had booked the entire house, but that wasn’t the case."
