"This is a rustic lodge -- we booked the room via Expedia. This was a self-service stay - we confirmed via Expedia message that we would arrive during check in time. But once we arrived - there were notes to provide directions about getting into the room, about the continental breakfast (super nice variety of items), and the available amenities. There was plenty of parking...places to sit and read, watch TV, play cards, binoculars to view the lake. We had no issues with our stay. I will say this property may not be for you if you have trouble with stairs -- most rooms are up narrow staircases. Also the shower is an old time claw foot tub with a wrap around shower curtain -- again may be an issue for some one that had a challenge with knees/balance. Otherwise the property was as shown in the photos. Beds comfortable - Room 3 looks over the lake, plenty of towels - and a nice self serve breakfast."

"Overall good experience. Very clean space, exactly as described. Had a bit of issue with communication checking in on time but quickly solved. Lovely spot right on the lake with access to ATV trails."

"This house is very well stocked and furnished. Had everything we needed for our three day stay for 10 people. Very clean and set up is great. Spacious for multiple people to be in the kitchen dining area and open living room worked well. We would definitely recommend it and would stay again if we plan to be back on the area for the trail system!"

"Our family was in VT for my nephew’s wedding. Leah’s place was beautiful and spotless. The view was amazing. The first thing my daughter did was run out back so see the goats who were adorable. There was a bowl of fresh eggs on the kitchen island as well as some fresh homemade treats which were delicious and inhaled upon arrival! Downtown was not far, and we fell in love with a cafe there. Several other small restaurants we would have tried for sure if we had the time. The only thing that was an issue was the stairs. Very narrow and “older” stairs to get up to the apartment, and 2 of us tripped going up one of the stairs at the bottom as it was a different size than the others. Would highly recommend if you are someone who easily has the ability to go up a flight of stairs. Thank you Leah!"
