The condo layout was great, but bed & pillow uncomfortable, when I turned on jacuzzi jets in room the tub got really dirty and the people staying above us were very loud. "Although the Postcard Cabin had its quirks, overall the stay was not satisfactory. When we first arrived, everything seemed really nice and picture perfect. We turned the fan on and saw all the little extra details added for this experience. The fan turned on and off every 5 minutes, we tried to turn it off, but it would not budge. Then at night we tried to shower, I saw the sign that said limited water, but there was hot water for 4 minutes and then it automatically turned freezing cold. It was quite a shock at such a late hour. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable and we found some ladies hair behind where our heads lay. We understand that people have used this location before us, but this hair was in plain sight (we don't have long black hair). Lastly, not sure what the high property fee was for, because this spot was definitely not worth the amount I paid a night. Overall, we would not choose to return to this spot due to the high price and lower quality than expected. "

"This was my family's first visit. We normally go to Poconos and decided to switch it up. What a great choice this was The villa was nice and spacious. It was clean upon arrival. Took some time for me to figure out the heat (a phone call to the front desk could of saved some). The property is beautifully maintained. My villa was close to all the amenities so that was a bonus. Although the water park was sold out we did get to enjoy the pools. Snow tubing was also sold out but the go karts was a great substitute. My babygirl loved it so much she has requested to change her birthday trip from Disney back to Massnutten. "
