The air conditioning was controlled by the owners and they only started it when we came back from dinner so we had to wait 30min for a good temperature. The toilet is outside the room and shared with other guests. Guests were nice and friendly. Quiet place

Lage: zentrumsnah, aber Auro notwendig. Herrliche Aussicht! Zimmer: private Villa, die im Obergeschoss zumindestens 2 Zimmer anbietet. Sehr eigenwilliges Flair, aber ok! Wir hatten ein ausreichend großes Zimmer mit Schrankraum (war zur Hälfte von den Eigentümern belegt) und offenem Bad um die Ecke. Das Bett war schmal (typisch für die Region) aber ok, die Matratze war hart, aber sehr gut! Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einziger Nachteil: das WC liegt außerhalb des Zimmers und wird mit anderen geteilt! Frühstück: hervorragend! Auf der Terasse. Sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Alles was das Herz begehrt! Die Eigentümer sind spürbar abwesend, aber das stört nicht und macht die Sache französich charmant!

Idéalement placé à quelques petits kilomètres de Grasse dans un calme très appréciable! Le jardin, la piscine et le poolhouse sont très sympa pour se détendre. Nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins et le petit déjeuner préparé avec attention est super (mention spéciale pour la cascade de confitures faites maison de toutes sortes - grenade et figue de barbarie du jardin). La chambre avait une superbe vue!
