Clos Saint-Antoine is a beautiful Provençal bastide offering 6 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 15 guests.

This beautifully remodeled late-18th-century villa in Grasse features 5 spacious bedrooms in the main house and will enchant you at first sight with blooming flowers, the scents of Provence and birdsong. The 550 m² Bastide Saint-Antoine sits within a magnificent 16,000 m² private olive grove, with a recently renovated heated 12 × 6 m swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Adjacent to the main villa is a modern, independent loft studio with an oversized king-size bed, bathroom, kitchenette, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV and private terrace. For groups of more than 10 guests, the studio is also made available, offering additional privacy and space. Altogether, the villa and studio offer 6 double beds and 3 single beds, accommodating up to 15 guests.

The villa features a beautiful fireplace, generous lounge areas, heating and air conditioning. More than 90 olive trees, lavender, lemon bushes, vines, fruit trees and berry bushes fill the peaceful grounds. Feel completely immersed in nature and privacy while remaining within easy reach of Cannes and other Côte d’Azur highlights.

The two terraces may well become your favorite part of the house. Enjoy an apéritif as the sun sets over the surrounding hills, prepare a barbecue, dine outdoors overlooking the garden and pool, or simply relax in the tranquility of the estate.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking and entertaining and includes two ovens, a microwave, dishwasher, Vitamix blender, traditional filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine.

There is also a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing equipment.

Towels, beach towels, bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are included in the rental price. Private onsite parking is available, as well as free public parking approximately 200 m from the villa.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property, and pets are not allowed.

Small events, such as intimate weddings or birthday celebrations, may be permitted with prior authorization and are subject to an additional fee. Approved events must respect the peaceful residential setting and must not disturb our neighbors.
