"Our stay at Sabi star chalets not what we expected.The toilets and bathrooms need upgrading.Towels not changed everyday.
Otherwise clean and everything else we needed was there.
Rooms are not soundproof.Conversations from adjoining chalet can be heard.
There was a couple next door that argued and fought the entire night.Room 18.My family was in room 17 and hadnt slept entire night.
Altho security did respond when called the noise carried on.Fortunately thay left next day.

"Your response is unacceptable. The Royal Hotel was closed for refurbishment at the time of my booking — a fact that should have been known to Hotels.com before confirming any reservations. It is embarrassing that such a booking was confirmed in the first place, and the stress caused is entirely due to your company’s failure to ensure the property was operational.
I will be taking this matter up with my travel insurance provider and expect Hotels.com to review its internal processes to prevent this from happening to other customers."

"Its been our second time to Hazyview Cabanas and it was an amazing experience the 8 sleeper units have been newly revamped. So modern and clean absolutely loved it. The facilities and activities for the kids and families over the holiday perios was great. We stayed in the family Villa and it was breathtaking.
