Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

DIsappointed
The cleaning at this property is done superficially. They need to do a deep clean as there is dirt in the corners, smell from the sheets and blanket, dust on applicances and slime in the kettle. There was a service door to the bathroom which isn't itself a problem, but I could smell cigarette smoke coming through every so often in the morning.
Nice place to stay in Sabie. The grounds we beautiful and the breakfast was lovely.

What a cozy sleepover on our drive from Johannesburg to Kruger to see the highlights of the Panorama route! The check in/check out process was as simple as it can be. Simone greeted us at arrival, showed us our Carlow suite, explained what to do on our departure (drop keys there, press that to leave the gates) and gave us the freedom to enjoy our stay with "let me know if you need anything else - you know where to find me" - exactly how we like it! Our room was clean, cozy and had everything one requires for short or long stay. I am sure many guests appreciated "starter pack" of coffee, sugar, biscuits and other basic necessities provided by the owners in each unit Yes, maybe it was a bit rustic but it was super clean, cozy, and made you feel like you are in the cottage country - beautiful gardens, awesome patio with braai, cozy room with comfy bed and warm blankets, huge clean bathroom.. After drive from Johannesburg and having a superb (and extremely inexpensive!) dinner in nearby restaurant it was nice hanging out on the patio with wine and beer and listening to the sounds of nature and animals! I wished we stayed a bit longer to enjoy everything Dublin Lodge has to offer - we will correct this next time we are in South Africa! ;) Thank you for our wonderful (although very short) stay!
Good location, well equipped and comfortable units. Too short a stay so did not manage to enjoy the stunning landscaped garden and pool area. Friendly owners who are always ready to impart some local travel tips. All in all a relaxing and lovely stay. Thank you.

Goed: Ontbijt, gegeven informatie.
Very friendly manager who assisted us with all our needs. Could get better satellite TV channels for night time viewing

Dublin Guesthouse
