"The property itself was beautiful, and dining in the restaurant accompanied by a pianist was a truly wonderful experience. The food was exceptional, and I couldn’t fault it. However, the hotel room was disappointing in comparison. It was looking rather tired, with chipped paint on the furniture, a missing drawer knob, and a very ordinary bathroom that didn’t quite live up to the elegance of the property. Additionally, there was an empty champagne bottle left outside our room when we arrived, which detracted from the overall first impression. While the setting, food, and live music were excellent, the condition and presentation of the room fell short of expectations."

Benefit of location is that you are within walking distance of City Hall, St George’s Market and we did walk back from Titanic Museum (40 mins). So definitely positives outweigh any negatives."
