"Our stay was fantastic! The cottage was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The location is peaceful and beautiful with stunning water views—we saw seals and porpoises almost every day right from the property, and even spotted a whale on our final morning!The yard was great for our family: the kids loved the swings and hammock, and there was plenty of open space for us to toss a football around. Evenings were spent around the fire pit or relaxing in the screened-in deck. During the day, we enjoyed local highlights like the lighthouse, Roosevelt Campobello International Park, and scenic forest trails. Plus, the selection of indoor games kept us entertained.Note for larger groups: There is only one bathroom, so plan accordingly, but it worked fine for us.The Starfish Cottage made our trip to the island truly special—a wonderful place to stay!"
