At the base of the Colorado Nat. Monument, this home has gorgeous views out every window. Just 3 minutes to Lunch Loops, Grand Junction's best hiking and biking trails, and the Colorado Nat. Monument, this is the perfect location! It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including the master suite and en-suite bath. Cook anything in the fully-stocked kitchen, and enjoy coffee on the patio. Walk your dog on our neighborhood path that winds through the monument! You won’t want to leave!

Stunning Location by National Monument

There couldn't be a better location. The hosts were amazing communicators, getting right back to me. The kitchen was well equipped, right near open space and walking trails for my dog. We loved sitting out drinking our morning coffee and enjoying the stunning views.

Overall it was great and we will stay there again. I was sad about the non existent back patio. It’s as tiny as it looks in the photos which is hard to believe. Oh well!

Great location to National Monument

We had a great stay over a long weekend. We enjoyed going for hikes nearby as well as the convenient location to the National Monument. The new neighborhood was quiet and was great to take quick walks with our dog.

Great place for a GJ stay. Liked the area located as it was convenient to GJ activities. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of kitchen tools. Only negative is the small sitting area out back.

Gorgeous location

If you are looking for a property in the Grand Junction area the Redlands are spectacular! The property was perfect for my family of 4. We attended my daughter’s graduation from residence. The home is spacious with great views.

Wonderful Patio Home

Everything about this home was wonderful! Great location to hiking, The Monument and downtown. The home was spotless and nicely appointed. Easy in and out with instructions from the owner, They also checked in daily to see if we had any issues, which we did not. Would definitely stay again!

Long Weekend Getaway

House is wonderful. AC works nice when it was 104, loved the location backing up to the Colorado National Monument park with red rock cliffs and formation all around. 10 minute drive to stores and restaurants, very quiet area. House amenities were great, well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, slept well. Pictures are very accurate. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Grand Junction area.

This place was great. The beds were comfy, the house is clean and well decorated. It has everything you need for your stay. The wifi is fast 228 Mbps down and 11 Mbps up. Great location. a mile or two from the Colorado National Monument. 15 min drive to down town. Would stay here again
