"Room felt like we werestaying in an apartment, not a hotel. I really liked how it had a full kitchen and somewhere to eat. Felt very clean and up to date. Staff was very friendly. Wish we stayed a little longer so we could enjoy the park outside. Walk to the casino parking is about 5 mins, though there is parking at the hotel you just risk losing your spot if you move your car. Basically across the street from the Fillmore, so perfect location for us. Price point was typical for Philly hotels. I will be staying here again. "

"Everything was perfect! Great stay, comfortable bed, i slept like a baby, great neighborhood. Looks exactly like pictures, lots of food places around aswell. Host was an amazing communicator and super sweet! Definitely will be coming back. "

"The space itself was fine, and the overall location great, but our experience with the host was frustrating enough to warrant a warning for future guests. The listing stated that a parking permit could be provided for a fee, and at check-in, the host even sent a photo of a physical permit, reinforcing that expectation. When we followed up to arrange one, communication broke down quickly. He was evasive and never answered questions directly. When we raised the parking issue by phone, he insisted his listing had never promised parking (it had), and spent most of the call lecturing us about how city parking works rather than listening to our concern. He offered to request a permit from the city but couldn't say when (or honestly, whether) it would come through. When we asked him to recommend nearby unpermitted blocks, he admitted he didn't know but suggested we put him on speaker while we drove around so he could help in real time. That wasn't a useful solution. What stood out most was his tone: dismissive, defensive, and condescending throughout. He spoke over us and never allowed us to get a word in. We left feeling talked down to rather than supported. "
