"The hotel has asked us to send us a taxi to pick up with lower price but it didn't come. We called and waited for 20 min for it, when it came the driver did not help at all for the luggage and parked outside the port so we had to carry all heavy luggages a long way. "the stay was perfect , i wanted to cancel my stay when i saw the huge distance between downtown and the hotel on the mountain , but then lovely staff called raj and the best chef ever who made up my lovely stay with his great welcoming help and amazing food,very kind and helpfull i felt home !!! my room was comfortable and clean i would go again there even if the location is abit far "
