Great family lodging
For a pretty reasonable rate, we had plenty of space and easy access to ski Granby! There were a good amount of essentials included and the kitchen table is really cool. We enjoyed the magic fireplace as well. The hot tub didn't heat up while we were there, but someone did come out to try to fix it.

Great spring break week at Grandby ranch
Our family had a wonderful week at this ski in/out property. The hot tub was fun and there were plenty of towels and laundry facility for our 1 week stay. Will hopefully come again.

dirty and run down
It appeared the only service the unit had before we arrived was to leave towels and make the beds. The carpet was filthy, assorted trash on window ledges and the floor, a bottle of sex lotion by the hot tub. Multiple light bulbs were burnt out or missing. two broken lamps, one totally missing from a bedroom wall fixture. An under counter light was broken and laying on the range top. Neither TV worked. Wall paper peeling in several spots. Toilet paper holders broken. A window crank was broken off. The window and door casings beat up. Pry marks on the outside of the door from the deck. Generally just massively neglected. Beds are soft and bouncy. None of the outside community gas grills worked. On the bright side, the kitchen appliances worked.

Many of these items were on the fall cleaning punch list and have been taken care of..... New lamps and bulbs, new blinds, painted the loft bedroom, TV's both working ( new boxes were needed) as well as other maintenance issues. Oct. 14, 22

The broader neighborhood this rental in is a really gorgeous part of an older development in the area. The furnishings and house in general are a little dated compared to some of what you expect in the area.

Good Location
Nice area, well organized, negative things, the hot tub wasn’t clean and we found sex lotion and toys, the cleaner came the second day of our stay to tell us that the hot tub wasn’t clean since the last guest so we were discussed and questioned the rest of beds sheets and bought new sheets from a nearby store. The community grill wasn’t working, and if you smoke you have to go all the way to a small room in the parking lot designated to smokers 😂

This is ALL news to us! This guest never notified us about any issues. My cleaning staff did not stop by this unit while the guest was there and they certainly cleaned all the linens before arrival. Also, there are plenty of extra sheets in the unit. The hot tub is serviced regularly. I wonder if this review is meant for another unit?

Outdated, tired and dirty
This property is located very convenient to all the chairlifts at Granby Ranch. We’ve stayed in several of these condos over the years since I was a little girl , all with the same floor plan, but this one is by far the most outdated and dirty one we have ever stayed in. This condo is in serious need of a deep clean and a bit of an update. There were several things that needed minor maintenance that were just being neglected .

Practically Perfect
Check-in was very easy, via electronic key. The directions / instructions we received prior to arrival covered pretty much everything. The place was well-cleaned and stocked with nearly everything we needed (if I wanted to be picky, I would wish for cooking spray/oil also). There's a full complement of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. We only had to run to the store (which is < 2 miles away) once, and that was for some food & milk. Plenty of towels were provided! We enjoyed having 2 bathrooms so that my wife and I didn't need to share with the kids. And the HOT TUB was an excellent end to each day of skiing! The condo is close enough to Base Camp that you can walk, although it's not the most comfortable walk to make if you are in ski boots and carrying gear. There is also a lift a short distance in the other direction that takes you onto the mountain. We tried both, but actually ended up dropping off the kids + 1 adult each day at Base Camp instead of making them walk. The major appliances seemed newer, or at least in very good shape. The washer/dryer worked quite well, although they do have smaller capacity (don't expect to do tons of laundry, but we were still very pleased to have it!)

Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Was perfect for our stay. The hot tub was super great! They only complaint was they need to remember to clean around the top edges of the hot tub and clean the sheets in the pullout beds. Overall great experience and we would return!

Family of four had a great ski weekend here. The condo is as-advertised and everything worked fine. Granby Ranch is a perfect ski resort for families with younger children just learning to ski.

Skiing is Always Fun
Overall, this was a nice unit. It has room where needed and is well furnished. The TV is poor. The hot tub is fine! The setup seemed lacking in things like basic condiments and the MBR hair drier was inoperable. The area is up in a hill area and was closed twice due to icing issues on the access road.

Great Location
The location of this property was awesome. We felt that it could have been cleaner and does need some updating. Also - no clear instructions for things. For Example we couldn't get the fireplace to work with the instructions we were given, there were 7 TV controllers on the coffee table with no instructions, etc. Just felt for the money we were charged some could be put back into it for a good cleaning and some updating.

Great location and Beautiful setting
The unit itself needed alot of repairs. I made a list a soon as we walked in so that I wouldnt be responsible for things already broken. If the unit had been kept up it would have be been fantastic.

Thank you for your feedback. There were some small items that needed to be repaired. One of the jets on the hot tub is broken and sitting on the bench. Parts are very hard to get right now so we are in a 'holding pattern'! There was also a toilet paper holder that is missing a part.

Kat & Deb's Rocky Mountain Adventure
We are two Covid nurses who were finally able to meet up for our previously planned, and thwarted, Rocky Mountain 1/2 marathon trip. After the race we stayed at this wonderful condo. We were shocked to find a huge private jacuzzi tub off of the master bedroom which was perfect for warming ourselves after a hike in the rain and soothing our sore racing muscles. Everything was perfect with the exception that the information book is no longer up to date and our directions that were sent to us had a different address on it. Other than that, no complaints. Despite the fact that it is a big complex, it was quiet.

My kids loved the hot tub. We were farther away from town than I thought. Covid lockdowns are still in effect in town so when it rained, which was most of the time there was nothing to do. Pricing in town was crazy everywhere we went. Condo was the only really good part of that town.

We brought our two oldest boys to explore CO. This is a great location for everything we wanted to do for the week. It was comfortable for 4 adults. Quiet area which was nice. The cleanliness wasn’t any reflection of the owner. I believe it is someone used to turn over the place between visits. It wasn’t anything terrible, just not as clean as you would expect. The manager apologized and was super understanding when I called to let her know. Overall it was a great place for our trip and would utilize it again.

Great location, so close to base lodge and the lifts. Hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Becky was incredible. Ended up getting stuck due to the winter storm and she was so quick to respond when we needed to stay another night. Second time to Granby, will always come back.

Accommodates lots of people, multiple bathrooms, perfect for our needs. Hot tub was not working properly the day we arrived, a big reason we booked this spot—but the management company was quick to have service provider on site and was fixed up for use just as we finished skiing for the day! Property was roomy with 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Very clean and relaxing. Hotub was nice but makes a noise every few minutes that sounds like loud clicking when the heater cycles and it can be annoying at night. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient location and a very clean, beautiful home.
Location is easy to find. Everything seemed to work. Kitchen had all utensils and cookware. Hot tub was nice feauture and easy to use. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. Very clean home with a nice layout. Has a nice cabin type feel to it. Pull out beds were a little tough but they had an extra air matress which could be used. Also had a spare jacket and gloves which was very nice because my wife forgot hers🤦‍♂️. Overall a great stay for a great deal. Would definitely come back again.

Retirement celebration in the Rockies
My husband and I both recently retired. We love Colorado and usually go there from our home in Kansas City in October. This time we chose September hoping to see the Aspens in full bloom. We chose the perfect week! The condo was plenty big for just the two of us. The hot tub was a great added addition. We made day excursions to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park and Dillon. It was a wonderful week!

We had a great time staying in this beautiful condo. It was easy to locate, very clean, comfortable, and our favorite was the in house personal hot tub! Our only complaint was the lack of water pressure- but overall it was the perfect getaway!

Location was awesome!
We love, love, loved the location of this property. Access to the Arapaho National Recreation area is so close and the grocery store is just a few miles away. It’s located in a semi-private neighborhood which was lovely. The property itself is dated and definitely could use a bit of a facelift. There was laundry in the dryer and dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived (not a big deal but also not ideal). The layout worked well for our family and everyone really enjoyed the hot tub! I wouldn’t recommend the hide-a-beds for anyone other than children though. They were NOT comfortable. The location was worth it though! We hiked Monarch Lake and loved it. Even saw a young bull moose!

Thank you for your feedback. The unit did get some updates within the past year (2019) . The appliances are new as well as a new kitchen floor. Yes the pull-outs are well, pull outs! Sometimes the cleaning staff does need to leave linens drying and the dishwasher running. I do ask guests to start the dishwasher before leaving but if they don't then the dishwasher cannot run through the cycle during the time it takes the staff to clean. Thank again.

Great home!
This was a lovely home with everything you need away from home. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you need! We didn't realize that places in Colorado have no air conditioning (we are from the South and spoiled). However, it was pleasant with the windows open and fan blowing. The hot tub was very relaxing. There were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate eeveryone along with plenty of bedding and towels. The only drawback was the amount of steps up to the home. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks for a lovely time!

Great Location for CO High School MTB Race
This was the perfect spot for easy access to the High School mountain bike races held over the weekend at Granby Ranch. There was plenty of room for our family of four. We didn't have any issues with check-in or check-out. We would definitely stay here again!
