Beautiful two-story beachfront villa in Cabezo. Fully furnished. Easy parking at the entrance. Terrace with grass and trees, with beautiful sea views. Ideal for preparing dinners under the stars and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, sandwich maker, kettle, blender, dishwasher, iron, and all kitchen utensils). Spacious and bright living room (TV, games, books). Three double bedrooms (upstairs) and one single bedroom (downstairs) with built-in wardrobes and hangers. High-quality pillows and mattresses. All bedrooms have sheets and towels. One full bathroom and a toilet with shower (upstairs). One toilet with shower (downstairs), hairdryer, and towels. Unlimited hot water (solar panel). Extras: Beach towels, umbrellas.
I offer my home to all travelers, anyone who needs a break, to relax, or simply to breathe. It is a very peaceful place, cool for the summer. It has a beautiful terrace with sea views, perfect for dining and stargazing with family, alone, or with others. We look forward to seeing you. Welcome.
The house is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. A 5-minute walk from the center of El Médano, you can enjoy the tranquility of the deserted beaches in front of the house or walk to the town to eat at its restaurants, rent water sports equipment (kitesurfing, surfboards, paddleboarding, etc.), or shop at its supermarkets (open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.).
