Everything was perfect for a one-night stay in transit.
Spacious, spotless, attractive interior design and finishes.
Great to have a small table and chair to use my laptop in the little spare time I had. Separate basin from shower/toilet very good for two guests.
A very minor suggestion is to provide a hook, ring or rail to hang the hand towel on next to the basin.

A heritage hotel that was beautiful. We stayed in the king suite with balcony. Extra large room with spacious bathroom. A very nice modern suite in the historical centre. Easy walk to tourist spots in the centre. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

Great rooms, helpful staff, great rooftop terrace. Underwhelming restaurant options for the price paid, bit of confusion in getting taxi shuttle to airport in morning

We ended up staying at Holiday Inn Dali Airport due to a flight cancellation. Really pleased with our choice - spacious room, good restaurant plus airport shuttle. We had read comments on difficulties with shuttle service but it was quiet easy. They have a kiosk in Terminal 2 as you arrive and service was every hour during the night.
A couple of minor issues at check in but may just be translation issues. Definitely told room was on 5th floor when it was on 3rd and that restaurant didn't open...

This is a very tidy modern airport location hotel. It felt reasonably new. Very clean and room was sufficient for one night. Great pressure in shower and amenities. Sufficient breakfast. Free shuttle was good but it only runs once per hour it worked for us but I thought every 30 minutes might be better. I’d highly recommend this for travellers needing a hotel near the airport
