"Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good .They also do meals through outt the day. Great location for Sunderland game about half hour walk on cycle path. Or jump on the park and ride"

"I like the fact that there plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and public transport is easy to find. Really friendly people in charge of the accommodation too. It lacks nothing. "
