"A simple average 2star hotel. Very simple rooms, small bed. Breakfast simple too. Overall, we booked the hotel because of the big pool but weather was to cold and rainy to have usage of the pool. However, location of Duoro wine area is very nice, I recommend Pinhao for short trip and boat tour. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Caso do Santo. Maria and her staff we wonderful. It was very tranquil and felt like paradise. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great. Highly recommend."

"We had the exclusief appartement, that was to the back, and that was really nice and silent. The complex is a bit more up the mountain and not that "next" to the water/center what was perfect for us! (more silence). And even then everything in near you, supermarket at walking distance, or just a 5-10 min drive to the river. Plenty of restaurants, hikes, activities to do. Rooms where nice and spacious, kitchen was equipped with all you needed. And it was clean. There is a parking garage below...

"The winery is located in the scenic Douro valley. The owners and staff are on site and very accommodating. The meals are delicious and a wine tasting is offered and highly recommended. You will feel right at home at this quaint bed and breakfast "

"Room and environs were beautiful! Staff (Daniel) very nice and helpful! I was a bit disappointed that some of the activities offered online were unavailable (bicycles). Restaurant and wine tasting experiences very disappointing tho not necessarily a reflection on the manor house itself. "
