"Beautiful town, beautiful setting and location. My only regret was not having more time to enjoy. Awesome amenities and toiletries. Kudos for having the delicious flavored milk vending machine outside the public baths not all Ryokans have it and should be a must. Delicious food, beautiful scenery from the open bath."

"This is a hidden gem that I literally stumbled upon. This area is famous for agriculture so the food was sourced locally and amazing. The staff is international so even if you don't speak much Japanese you will be fine. It is peaceful and fun to walk around the area. We even met a young tomato and melon farmer who showed us his greenhouse. It was like staying in a ancient Japanese palace in a very local village. The price was so worth it and the cafe and various places to use my PC made this...

"The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. "

"チェックイン時の説明が非常に分かりにくかった。チェックイン当日が台風だったため、前日に旅館に電話し、遅れるかもしれないので夕飯を遅らせられないか聞いたところ、まず一回目は確認して折り返すと言われたが4時間経ってもこず、こちらから再度電話をし夕飯の事を確認したが、あまり遅らせられない、片付けのこともあるしなるべく遅れないで来て欲しいと言われた。台風が来てて交通機関が駄目になるかもしれないのに全く融通を効かせてくれない事にまず不信感を抱きました。2泊3日だったがの朝食の内容が2日連続同じだったのもマイナスでした。夕飯の時間は早い順で埋まっていくのでチェックインが遅ければ遅いほど早い時間の夕飯になります。またこの旅館に来たいとは思いませんでした。"
