Never have I seen such small room. Way to small for a bigger bed. Bed is hard as a rock and so we're the pillows. The trains will keep you up all night and trying to control the heat at the desired temp was impossible

we were at Annex but there is not connecting hall way or covered walk way. It was raining and ws inconvenient to walk over to the main building for breakfast. The hotel was situated right next train station, so we can hear the train every time if passed by but thats something they can not do anything about.

スタッフの対応は良かったです。受付の際、丁寧な言い回しでした。
トイレの便座にヒーターがないのでマットが備え付けられていたのは良かったですが、存在が分かりにくかったです。トイレに座らないとわからない位置にかけてあったので、最初気が付きませんでした。設備案内に記載するとか、トイレのドアに掛けておくとかアピールしてもらうともっと良い印象かと思いました。朝食のバイキングは良かったです。特にサラダコーナーのカットしたオクラの提供は他ではあまり見たことなかったので良かったです。線路のそばでしたが電車の音はあまり気にならないレベルでした。機会があればまた利用したいホテルでした

実際の宿泊は本館では無く別館でした。
客室は清潔で綺麗で良いと思います。
本館受付は親切で丁寧でした。
別館では挨拶も無かったですが…
あと別館ですと朝食は本館なのが面倒で利用しませんでした。
駅に近いので便利です。
その分電車の音が近いです
