I had an excellent stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I booked, the communication was outstanding. The staff kept me informed, responded quickly to any questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. "Coffee,maker line up of up to 6 people at breakfast. Tour dinner seemed stale and re-served food. Bedroom sink not cleaned in any of 3 days. I could see food on sink bowl from brushing my teeth. On fourth day room wasn't cleaned or beds made. We had yo call for Towels."
