"Nice smaller cabins for comfortable getaway right on the water. Close to everything, but yet feel your out of town. Hosts were wonderful and provided great information before check in. This was our 2nd stay and first with this host. We’ll be back again and again!"

"The cabin was completely spotless when we first arrived, they had provided everything we needed as far as kitchenware and the view was beautiful. I’m a huge natural light girl so the abundance of windows were amazing. Additionally, if you chose to open up the windows it provided a very nice breeze throughout the house. They supplied wood for the fire which was super convenient. The only thing i would say is that they only had one smaller throw blanket for the pull out couch so i would recommend...

"Lake Grindstone is a beautiful lake. I kayaked and played off the dock with my Welsh Terrier. That said, the cabin doesn’t make a good first impression as the deck is dirty and in need of a blowing off. The deck would not be safe for small children as there are gaps in the spindles. Could crawl and fall 8-10 feet. Couldn’t close the screen on the deck door off the LR; but was able to get it on the track using a butter knife. Satellite TV didn’t work. "A great piece of property. The cabin fit our needs perfectly. Everyone was able to have their own space and enjoy each others company eating at the large dining room table, playing board games, watching tv and fishing. The cabin was very clean and the area quiet and relaxing."

"We had a wonderful stay (mother/daughter/granddaughter weekend)! The cabin was perfect for us. Our host thought of everything we would need from kindling for the fire to cotton swab & Q-tips in the bathroom. They even surprised us with the makings for s’mores! You can tell a lot of thought went into making sure we had everything for our stay. If you love wildlife this a great place to take it all in. We saw loons, ducks, deer and were serenaded every night by the frogs. We were only there for 3...

"The Cabernet cabin was perfect for our family- our girls ran out and jumped in the water each morning, and love the bonfire at night. Kathleen and Steve were so kind and welcoming. It's was great stay, and we plan to come back!"
