"We did not use the pool. We did not go to breakfast. The room needed a little more cleaning and carpet was ripped by the bathroom, hard to open microwave as it was too close to the refrigerator, the switch from running water to shower would not completely switch, the tub didn’t drain well, coffee pot didn’t work. We do like the location. The price was good "

"You guys NEED to either have a Coffee canister at the front desk OR open your Coffee bar earlier than 0600…. Many folks WOULD appreciate having a fresh cup of☕️if they’re leaving before 0600…. And OPENING you’re Cofffee bar at 0700 on the weekends is BEYOND Stupid..‼️‼️"

"The view is beautiful. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Great location if you're wanting a location between the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park. The house amenities were good. Shampoo/conditioner/soap provided was a nice touch. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (pizza cutter and cookie sheets weren't provide, we got creative and made do) Coffee and tea were provided which was nice. Over all a comfortable stay"

"The pictures don't do it justice. This home was so much better in person. The host was on top of any and all concerns we had. There were only two downfalls to this place. First is the fact that the jacuzzi is controlled by an app you have to download and it takes awhile to get warm. And the second is the fact that you eventually have to check out and go home. My family completely enjoyed this place. We would love to come back in the future. "

"Since the moment we checked in it was one thing after another that seemed to go wrong. These hosts only care about money. Do not stay here without some confirmations of fixed issues first! Or just don’t even bother. The pool and hot tub were not on when we arrived and was filled with many rocks and debris and wet wipes? The pool was overflowing into hot tub and it should be the other way. Both the pool and hot tub temp was 59 degrees. The host was very rude with me over the phone when I told them about the pool and hot tub, they were not answering on the app so I had to call them. They said they would send someone tomorrow first thing in the am. I at that point asked for a partial refund since the amenities were not working, she told me I could leave now and get one night refunded (I booked for 2 nights). I told her that was not possible so last minute and we would like to have it fixed please. The pool guy came the next day when we were not there and got the rocks out and wet wipes and had finally turned on the pumps and heater, they didn’t however pump out the excess water. Again only staying 2 nights no way that would have heated up anytime soon. I don’t think they have the pool serviced regularly and definitely not in between each guests.The tv didn’t work in the living room and the fridge/freezer also was not working. We had to throw away all our food. We left early and still didn’t get a refund and am still working on a case with vrbo. Our trip was the end of dec."
