"Great property- with Amazing backyard! Our family had such a great time at this house. We were so impressed with how well stocked this house was / from beach towels to blankets to spices and so many kitchen utensils. The backyard had everything you needed to enjoy the pool and pickel ball court. Our young children loved the books the house provided too!We had plenty of room for our family and thoroughly enjoyed such a great property. Our favorite was the pool and pickle ball court!! Our kids (ages 2-9) are already asking when we can return. It was nice being in a safe neighborhood with a short 30 minute drive to the city and under 2 hours to Disney!"

"Our family of 4 stayed here for a week and a half while visiting family nearby, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again next year. My kids loved having their own bedrooms, each with an adjoining private bathroom. Two of the three bedrooms had their own access to the pool area. The master bedroom gave us the privacy and quiet space we needed from the kids and had its own private access to the pool area. The ensuite bathroom was lovely and spacious.The two large separate common areas, each with a large couch and TV, allowed the family to either spend time together playing video games or to have their own space to read. The gaming room had a pool table with an optional mountable ping pong table: lot of fun!The kitchen was perfect for us. It has all the necessaries to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. For a family, having a dishwasher and access to a full laundry room was great. This was important when you’re there for a week and a half. The outdoor pool was fantastic, but we spent most of our time in the outdoor hot tub. We contacted the owners to set the time in the evenings and sat there relaxing every night. It was quiet and you couldn’t hear the road noise or the neighbors. Its proximity to Pomerado Road made its location convenient. Food shopping for the family, or going out to a restaurant or caffe, or access to the highway was just a few minutes away in any direction. Both downtown San Diego and the airport was only a 30-minute drive from the house."
"This house worked out beautifully for what we needed. We brought the whole family from Indiana for my daughter’s wedding. Everyone had their own bathroom. There were plenty of beds. The house had a beautiful view of the mountains and the golf course. The house was clean and well appointed. We would all be happy to stay there again. I had good communication with the owner which was helpful."
"Very comfortable home, beds, and neighborhood. It’s a great area for walking and the back patio is lovely. The drive to our destinations in San Diego took about 30 minutes. Thank you for a great stay! Some minor inconveniences with maintenance issues but the property manager promptly took care of issues. "

"The rules when you arrive are 3 pages long. The pool and hot tub are advertised as heated. They are not. You have to ask the owner and if it is convenient he will turn the heat on but it takes hours to warm up. The roof leaked when it rained and you cannot put anything on the kitchen counters for fear of staining. Would not stay again. Also no guests allowed. "
